Morito Scovill Americas Acquires Edward Segal, Inc., Expanding
Fastening Equipment and Automation Capabilities
Clarkesville, GA – August 10, 2026 – Morito Scovill Americas (MSA), a leading supplier of high-performance fasteners for apparel and light industrial applications, today announced the acquisition of Edward Segal, Inc., a U.S. based manufacturer of eyelet, grommet, rivet and snap fastener attaching machines and custom-engineered automated assembly systems.
The acquisition brings together two highly complementary organizations with long-standing reputations for quality, reliability and customer partnership.
