DOT® Sheet Metal Grommets and Washers

Constructed of heavy-duty materials, DOT® Grommets and Washers are designed to provide reliable hole reinforcement. These high-quality grommets and washers conform to stringent commercial specifications. Scovill also offers a wide range of setting options to meet customers’ unique requirements.

  • Made of durable, high-quality brass
  • May be used interchangeably with Plain, Tooth or Neck Washers:
  • Plain Washers are used as basic reinforcement to provide support for the grommet setting
  • Tooth Washers provide a firmer, tighter grip, particularly when used on woven material
  • Neck Washers reinforce the hole in a barrel-to-barrel setting and facilitate automatic feed setting

      All DOT® Grommets and Washers–except for Stainless Steel–are available in the following standard finishes: Brass, Nickel and Black. Custom finishes and sprayed enamel finishes are also available upon request along with custom color matching. Minimum order quantities are required for certain colors.
